Paolo De Marchi was one of the architects of the revival of Chianti Classico and today he rightly enjoys the fame and the blazon that his company has achieved. Cepparello proved in unsuspecting times where it could be achieved with Sangiovese. From 50 hectares of vineyards, arranged on essentially marly soils, De Marchi obtains wines with clear territorial connotations. It has a fairly intense and dark ruby ​​color, typical aromas: notes of raspberry and black cherry, and a background of violet. Elegant in the mouth, excellent drinkability, barely hinted tannins, a nice acid shoulder to support a balanced body.
